Inteligența artificială ar putea elimina una dintre marile probleme ale vaccinurilor ARNm

Artificial intelligence may help solve a major issue with mRNA vaccines by allowing them to remain stable at room temperature for up to a year. Researchers modified lipid nanoparticles using AI to enhance their heat resistance, addressing the challenges of transporting and storing mRNA vaccines, which typically require very low temperatures. Current mRNA vaccines must be kept between -40 and -86 degrees Celsius, incurring high costs for special packaging and monitoring. The new method showed promising results in mice, maintaining immune response after long storage. This approach could potentially reduce storage costs by up to 86% and may have broader applications in other therapies.
