Instanţa supremă prelungeşte arestarea preventivă pentru procurorii Gigi Ştefan şi Teodor Niţă din Constanţa acuzaţi de corupţie

Gigi Ștefan faces accusations of influence peddling, while Teodor Niță is charged with instigating abuse of office. Evidence suggests Ștefan received significant sums of money and goods to influence legal cases. Niță allegedly attempted to influence a firefighter to avoid legal actions against a company linked to a close associate. During the investigation, large sums of cash were found in their possession.
