The court's decision, made on October 14, 2026, is final and allows Nordis to proceed with construction projects. The assets released are valued at over 120 million euros, facilitating the completion of developments in Mamaia and Brașov. Ciorbă's appeal against the seizure of his personal assets was rejected, and he is required to pay court costs.
