The Judicial Inspection has requested the suspension of judge Cătălina Liliana Alexe after an incident at the High Court of Cassation and Justice. Alexe attempted to plead her own case regarding ROMATSA, leading to her removal by gendarmes. The CSM's disciplinary section will officially discuss her case. The High Court later rejected her request to recuse the judges and annulled the suspension of ROMATSA's operating certificate.
