Inspecția Judiciară s-a autosesizat după informațiile privind zborul președintelui Tribunalului Constanța în Grecia, cu un avion privat
The Judicial Inspection has initiated an investigation into Judge Marius Cătălin Croitoru's private flight to Mykonos with notable figures, including a convicted businessman. The trip, organized by the Chamber of Commerce, raised concerns about potential ethical violations. Mihai Daraban, president of the Chamber, confirmed the flight's purpose was to meet American investors and defended the presence of judges on the trip, citing personal friendships. The flight included several political and business figures, and the aircraft was operated by Toyo Aviation, which has faced security breaches. Gruia Stoica, a convicted businessman, was also on board, prompting scrutiny over the implications of such associations for judicial integrity.
