Insolvenţele firmelor germane au atins cel mai ridicat nivel din ultimii 20 de ani
In 2025, Germany saw a record 187,744 companies declare insolvency, the highest in nearly two decades, reflecting economic challenges and an aging population. The number of insolvencies rose by nearly 10% compared to 2024, marking the second consecutive year of significant increases. The hospitality sector was particularly affected, with around 15,000 establishments closing, while the healthcare sector also faced a rise in closures. Contributing factors include economic difficulties, a lack of skilled labor, high costs, and a shortage of successors.
