Insolvența STB, analizată de Tribunalul București

The Bucharest Tribunal is reviewing the insolvency request of the Bucharest Transport Company (STB), filed on August 6. The company has significant debts, primarily to ANAF, and the municipality estimates total liabilities could reach around 3 billion lei. The court will determine if the conditions for opening insolvency proceedings are met.
