Romanian high school students can apply for the FLEX Global scholarship program to spend a school year in the USA. Participants will live with host families, attend American high schools, and engage in community activities. The program aims to develop a network of young leaders with a focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology. Applications are open until October 22, 2026, and eligibility includes being a Romanian citizen born between July 15, 2009, and July 15, 2012, and studying English. The program is supported by the U.S. Department of State and the Romanian government.
