In June 2026, 2,960 permits were issued, marking a 2.7% rise from May, with a significant portion for rural areas. However, compared to June 2025, there was a notable decrease in both the number of permits and usable area for residential buildings. Similar trends were observed for non-residential buildings, with a 4.6% drop in permits issued in June 2026 compared to May, and a significant decline year-on-year.
