Înmatriculările de firme și PFA au scăzut cu 2,09% în 2026

In the first eight months of 2026, the number of registrations for individuals and legal entities decreased by 2.09% compared to the same period in 2025, totaling 94,078 registrations. Bucharest recorded the highest number of registrations, with 22,550, marking a 4.32% increase. Ilfov and Cluj followed with 6,125 and 4,649 registrations, respectively. The most significant increases were noted in Călărași, Constanța, and Giurgiu, while Alba, Dolj, and Tulcea experienced the largest declines. The transport and storage sector had the highest registrations, with 16,431 entries. Companies must update their CAEN codes by April 1, 2026, to avoid issues with authorizations and funding.
