This change aims to expedite partial payments to electricity and gas providers, addressing financial flow issues. The proposal, initiated by PNL senators, received significant support with 88 votes in favor. It also includes mechanisms for recovering improperly paid amounts and extends deadlines for regularization. The Minister of Labor and the Minister of Energy are tasked with issuing a joint order for the verification and payment procedures within 30 days of the law's enactment. The proposal will be debated in the Chamber of Deputies next.
