GlobalLogic Romania and Hitachi Information & Telecommunication Engineering have developed a cloud-based operational management platform for critical communication equipment in hospitals and emergency services. The platform, launched in September 2025, received positive feedback from 87% of users during the pilot phase. The collaboration has improved code quality significantly and involved various departments in joint workshops. The partnership focuses on complementarity rather than cost optimization, aiming to support insourcing processes. Hitachi has also announced a new service in Japan, showcasing the tangible business results of their collaboration.
