ING Bank România anunță că va contesta decizia Consiliului Concurenței: „Avem încredere că instanțele de judecată vor analiza cu obiectivitate toate elementele relevante”
ING Bank România has confirmed receipt of a decision from the Competition Council, imposing fines for collusion in setting the ROBOR rate. The bank firmly rejects the findings and intends to contest the decision, claiming compliance with legal regulations. This follows a total fine of 3.73 billion lei imposed on ten banks for violating competition laws. The Competition Council stated that the banks coordinated their behavior, affecting the interbank lending rate, which impacts loan interest rates. ING Bank plans to pursue all legal avenues to challenge the ruling, expressing confidence in a fair judicial review.
