ING Bank, reacție după amenda din dosarul ROBOR: „Vom exercita toate căile legale disponibile pentru contestarea și anularea acestei decizii”

ING Bank Romania announced its intention to contest the Competition Council's decision regarding alleged collusion in the ROBOR fixing process. The bank firmly rejects the findings and believes its operations complied with legal regulations. Raiffeisen Bank also plans to challenge the decision, asserting that ROBOR is established through a regulated mechanism. Both banks were fined significantly in June, as part of a broader investigation into competition law violations involving ten banks. The Competition Council claims these institutions coordinated their behavior, impacting the independence of the ROBOR index, which affects consumer loan rates.
