Romanian companies investing in strategic technologies will receive a total of 240 million euros in European funding. This financial support aims to boost the regional economy in six counties. The Ministry of Investments and European Projects (MIPE) announced that eligible firms in Dolj, Gorj, Prahova, Mureș, Hunedoara, and Galați can access these funds through the Sustainable Development and Just Transition Program. Large companies can receive up to 50 million euros for various investments, while SMEs can apply for projects ranging from 300,000 to 10 million euros. The program also offers favorable loan conditions, including zero-interest options and potential principal reductions after project completion.
