Limited liability companies (SRLs) are required to increase their share capital as mandated by Law no. 239/2025. Companies that comply by December 31, 2026, will receive a 50% discount on publication fees in the Official Gazette. The final deadline for this capital increase is December 18, 2027. The minimum share capital is determined by the net turnover reported in the previous financial year, with specific amounts set for newly established SRLs. Failure to meet these requirements may lead to dissolution of the company unless the capital is adjusted before a court ruling.
