Inflaţia în zona euro a trecut pragul de 3%

In August, inflation in the Eurozone reached 3.3%, the highest in three years, driven by rising energy prices. This increase may prompt the European Central Bank to raise interest rates in its upcoming meeting. Core inflation, excluding volatile food and energy prices, decreased to 2.4%. Meanwhile, unemployment rates remained stable at 6.4% in the Eurozone and 6.1% in the EU. The data suggests that while inflation is rising, wage pressures are not significant, indicating a cautious approach to monetary policy adjustments.
