Industrie România - Ce s-a întâmplat cu afacerile şi cu noile comenzi din industrie, în primele şapte luni din 2026 (date INS) - Economica.net
In the first seven months of 2026, industrial turnover decreased by 0.2% compared to the same period in 2025, primarily due to a decline in the processing industry. New orders in the processing sector fell by 3.6% in nominal terms. While the processing industry saw a 0.7% decrease, the extractive industry experienced an 11.2% increase. Notable declines were observed in capital goods and durable goods, while energy and intermediate goods industries grew. In July 2026, industrial turnover rose by 1.3% compared to July 2025, driven by the extractive sector's performance. However, new orders continued to decline, particularly in capital goods and consumer goods, with significant drops noted in July 2026 compared to both the previous month and the same month last year.
