Industria textilă din Europa cere UE o taxă de 10 euro pentru coletele mici, în contextul expansiunii platformelor asiatice
European textile confederations have urged the European Commission to set a handling fee of 10 euros per parcel for small imports, mainly from China. The EU is taking strict measures against Asian online sales platforms accused of environmental pollution and unfair competition. Starting July 1, parcels valued under 150 euros are subject to a three-euro tax, which has significantly reduced imports. Euratex, representing nearly thirty European federations, argues that the proposed fee should be increased to support customs controls. The French law limiting fast fashion also imposes penalties on products from platforms like Shein.
