Industria auto din România pierde 1.200 de angajați pe lună. Declinul, cel mai grav din ultimul deceniu
The Romanian automotive industry is facing its toughest period in a decade, losing around 1,200 employees monthly due to declining production and orders. Since peaking at over 206,000 employees in 2018, the sector has lost approximately 73,000 jobs, with a significant drop expected by year-end. European manufacturers like BMW and Volkswagen are also struggling, reporting decreased sales, particularly in China, due to local competition and economic issues. Despite some positive trends in electric vehicle demand, the overall outlook remains challenging for the industry.
