The new methodology links compensation to the company's performance, resulting in a significant pay cut. The company reported a net loss of over 4.26 million lei in 2025, prompting the application of a 0.5 coefficient to the salary base. The Minister emphasized the need for SNAM to modernize and develop its own brands to enhance its market position.
