The TollRo platform, launched on October 1, faced technical issues affecting payment processing and notifications. CNAIR announced that users experiencing these problems will not be penalized. The high volume of transactions led to delays in email notifications, particularly affecting users with Gmail and Yahoo accounts. Despite these issues, the validity of road tolls remains intact, and CNAIR is working with STS to enhance email services. Users with active OBE devices or valid toll tickets will not be considered in violation during the system's downtime. CNAIR is monitoring transactions to ensure proper account crediting and will provide updates once the issues are resolved.
