Romanian authorities are conducting a rescue operation for a commercial vessel in distress in the Black Sea, reportedly struck by a drone. The incident occurred 13 nautical miles from Constanța, with 13 crew members on board, including 10 Ukrainians and 3 Azerbaijanis. The Romanian Naval Authority was alerted around 10 AM, and rescue ships have been deployed despite adverse weather conditions hindering aerial support. So far, 9 survivors have been rescued, along with one deceased individual.
