Începe pelerinajul la moaștele Sfintei Parascheva de la Iași. Sunt așteptați 300.000 de pelerini
A major religious pilgrimage in Romania begins in Iași, attracting hundreds of thousands of believers to venerate the relics of Saint Parascheva. The event runs from October 8 to 15, with peak attendance expected on the 13th and 14th. The relics will be displayed in a specially arranged canopy near the Metropolitan Cathedral, with a procession starting on Thursday morning. This year, the relics of Saint Paisie will also be available for veneration. Authorities advise pilgrims to prepare for long waits and provide real-time updates on queue positions. A unique access route has been established to manage the flow of visitors, supported by clergy and volunteers throughout the event.
