Preparations for the Feast of Saint Parascheva, celebrated from October 8-15, 2026, have begun with floral decorations at the Metropolitan Cathedral's baldachin. This year, the baldachin features oak leaves, fir branches, chrysanthemums, and heart-shaped flowers. The relics will be displayed for veneration starting Thursday morning, with pilgrims also able to pay respects to the relics of Saint Paisie. A significant religious ceremony will take place on October 14, attracting thousands of worshippers and officials.
