Teams will assess the condition of apartments from August 19 to September 9, 2026. Residents are urged to allow access for inspections, as refusal may affect their eligibility for compensation. The evaluation aims to document any structural changes and ensure safety before further repair works begin. The explosion in October 2025 resulted in three fatalities and multiple injuries, leading to subsequent arrests related to the incident.
