The autumn session of the 2026 national Bacalaureat exam starts on August 3 with the oral Romanian language test. Candidates must participate in all assessments to obtain their diploma. Those who did not pass or missed the summer session can register. Prohibited items include mobile phones and notes, and violators will be disqualified. Following the oral test, candidates will take language and digital competence tests, with written exams starting on August 10. Initial results will be posted on August 18, with the possibility for appeals until August 20, and final results on August 24.
