Prior evaluations of 270 apartments in nearby blocks have been completed, and a detailed monitoring report has been analyzed. Initial operations will involve installing temporary support pillars to stabilize the structure. Workers will be accompanied by law enforcement to ensure safety and protect evidence related to the tragedy, which resulted in three fatalities and 13 injuries due to a gas explosion.
