Încep lucrările de punere în siguranță la blocul din Rahova afectat de explozie

Bucharest City Hall announced that safety works on the building in Rahova, damaged by last year's explosion, will start on September 21. The necessary preliminary steps have been completed, including the evaluation of 270 apartments in nearby buildings. The project will begin with the installation of temporary supports, monitored by law enforcement. The estimated duration for these safety works is around 50 days, after which residents can retrieve their belongings. Additionally, seismic sensors will be installed in the affected apartments and a nearby school to monitor any structural changes during the repairs. Financial support for affected families has been extended for another year.
