The national IVF program for 2026 will open for applications on August 17, allowing couples and single women to apply online until November 15. Eligibility requires at least one applicant to be a Romanian citizen and insured in the public health system. Applicants must be aged between 24 and 42, and specific medical documentation is required. Those who received financial support in 2026 from similar programs cannot apply, and the same beneficiary can receive support up to three times during the program's duration from 2026 to 2030.
