Incendiul din Domogled, lângă Băile Herculane, este greu de stins. Pompierii au aruncat într-o singură zi 200.000 de litri de apă

In a single day, two Black Hawk helicopters dropped 200,000 liters of water to combat a fire in Domogled-Valea Cernei National Park. A third helicopter joined the aerial efforts, while over 140 firefighters and forestry teams worked on the ground. The helicopters conducted 77 water drops, primarily targeting the fire's front and flanks, using water sourced from Lake Prisaca. Ground teams continued to limit the fire's spread and extinguish active hotspots, with some firefighters transported by helicopter to hard-to-reach areas. The aerial intervention was adjusted based on wind direction to effectively manage the fire's expansion.
