The wildfire in Domogled National Park continues to devastate the area, affecting around 400 hectares. Approximately 100 personnel are engaged in firefighting efforts, complicated by difficult terrain and dry conditions. Two helicopters are set to assist ground teams. This marks the second major fire in the park, following a previous incident in August. The current fire, which started on September 2, has seen over 270 firefighters and forestry workers involved. Operations are hindered by prolonged drought and dry vegetation, necessitating aerial support for inaccessible areas. Safety remains a priority as interventions adapt to changing conditions.
