At least 20 people have died and five are missing after a cargo ship caught fire in a Chinese port. The incident occurred on the "Ocean Melody" while it was docked for repairs in Qingdao. A total of 42 individuals were on board, with 12 rescued safely and five hospitalized in stable condition. Chinese President Xi Jinping has issued important instructions for emergency rescue operations.
