Incendiu în Parcul Național Retezat

The Hunedoara County Emergency Committee approved an action plan to coordinate intervention efforts for a forest fire in the Retezat National Park. The meeting, called by the prefect, focused on assessing the situation and implementing measures to manage the emergency. Preventive actions include identifying tourist routes and shelters at risk, informing the public, and restricting access. Daily patrols will monitor high-risk areas, and forestry personnel will assist in identifying access routes and water sources. Specialized equipment will be deployed to facilitate access to affected areas, and aerial support may be requested if the fire spreads. Immediate reporting of any flare-ups is mandated.
