A new cycling infrastructure project called "InfraVelo" has been proposed in Bucharest, initiated by USR councilor Bogdan Sabo. The initiative aims to establish a partnership between the Bucharest City Hall and the "Hai cu bicla" association to promote sustainable urban mobility. Key objectives include mapping critical points for cyclists, enhancing active mobility infrastructure, and launching public campaigns for road safety. The project is set to align with European Mobility Week and aims to develop a collaborative model between administration and civil society for implementing the Velo Masterplan. Wolt will also participate in identifying traffic issues faced by cyclists and motorcyclists.
