Încă o tragedie pe litoral. Un bărbat a murit înecat la Neptun

Tragedies continue on the Romanian coast, with a man drowning in Neptun and a 14-year-old boy rescued in Constanța. Despite medical efforts, the man could not be saved, and an autopsy will determine the cause of death. A criminal case has been opened for involuntary manslaughter. The boy was found unconscious after a 45-minute search and was resuscitated before being stabilized and taken to the hospital.
