Încă o judecătoare admisă nelegal să promoveze la Înalta Curte
A second judge, Amelia Onișoru, has been admitted to a promotion competition for the High Court despite not meeting the required experience criteria. Previously, judge Raluca Cozan withdrew after questions arose about her eligibility. Onișoru has only two years and two months of effective service at the Bucharest Court of Appeal, while the law mandates five years for promotion. G4Media has inquired with the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) about her admission, but CSM stated it cannot comment on ongoing procedures. The promotion competition runs from July to October 2026.
