The High Court of Cassation and Justice has definitively rejected six out of eleven government decisions, which were previously suspended by the Bucharest Court of Appeal at the request of the PSD. The government had appealed these suspensions, but the court upheld the decision, indicating that a government without parliamentary confidence cannot make decisions beyond its mandate. The remaining five cases will be judged later by the Supreme Court.
