Înalta Curte avertizează Parlamentul pe tema legii salarizării. Amenință că o va contesta la CCR

The High Court of Cassation and Justice has urged the Romanian Parliament to ensure that the public salary law is processed constitutionally, citing serious doubts about its validity. The court expressed concerns over constitutional issues related to the legislative process and the competence of certain government members involved. It emphasized that these issues cannot be resolved merely by continuing the parliamentary procedure. The court highlighted various constitutional violations, including the separation of powers and legal equality. If the law is adopted without addressing these issues, the court will refer it to the Constitutional Court for review.
