Înainte de Black Friday, apare o nouă taxă pentru comenzile de pe Temu, Shein, AliExpress și alți comercianți din afara UE

Starting November 1, a new processing fee of 2 euros will be applied to packages imported into the EU from non-EU countries, alongside an existing 3-euro fee for small parcels. This measure aims to strengthen customs controls and reduce the influx of Chinese products purchased online. The processing fee applies to all shipments regardless of item value and is charged per category of items in a package. The initiative responds to the significant increase in small parcel imports, primarily from China, which has raised concerns about unfair competition and safety. The processing fee will be reviewed every two years, and by July 2028, the 3-euro fee will be eliminated, aligning all small parcels with EU customs duties.
