În România, produsele esenţiale pentru un bebeluş costă 3.385 de euro în primul an. Cum ne comparăm cu restul Europei

The cost of raising a baby varies significantly across Europe, with Romania being one of the cheapest countries. A study by Remitly shows that essential baby products for the first year cost €3,385 in Romania, the second lowest after the Czech Republic. In contrast, Spain has the highest costs at €6,294. The average cost across 38 countries is €4,727. The study highlights that while nominal costs are lower in some Eastern European countries, the burden relative to average salaries can be heavier. The report also notes that childcare costs are not included, which can add significant expenses for parents.
