Entrepreneur Thomas Gasser announced the construction of a massive underground bunker in Obwalden, featuring top security and a film-like design. The facility will include around 20 high-security rooms, protected by a hundred-meter thick rock layer, and is set to open next year. Access is limited to wealthy clients, who will own their safes for 99 years. Local opinions on the project are mixed, with some seeing it as catering to the rich, while others express excitement.
