În anul 1980, un artist din Los Angeles a dispărut într-o pădure din Puerto Rico. Cum a fost găsit după 40 de ani
An artist from Los Angeles, Brian Birdsall, has spent 40 years creating a unique underground house in Puerto Rico, known as Termitopia, using recycled materials. This structure, located near Las Marias, reflects Birdsall's philosophy of reusing discarded items, such as fishing nets and a special cement he invented. Termitopia features a labyrinth of tunnels and rooms, blending organic shapes reminiscent of Antoni Gaudi's work. The house is partially underground, with some areas exposed to the environment, allowing for a connection with the surrounding forest. Birdsall collaborated with other Puerto Rican artists to develop this artistic refuge, which is two hours from San Juan.
