Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can now access investment loans with guarantees up to 80% in nine counties, along with revolving financing for working capital and loans in euros. This change follows a revision of the guarantee agreement between CEC Bank and the Investment and Development Bank (BID). The increase in the guarantee percentage aims to facilitate credit access for companies lacking sufficient collateral for investments. The portfolio guarantee can also be used for revolving loans, providing more liquidity management flexibility. The revised agreement allows for lower interest rates on loans, with no costs for clients regarding BID guarantees. CEC Bank manages the approval process directly, streamlining access for entrepreneurs.
