Small firms, despite lower individual recruitment volumes, significantly contribute to job availability due to their large numbers. The average number of applications per job was 64, with small companies receiving 60. Common roles included commercial workers, sales agents, and drivers, with a demand for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Over 99% of newly established firms have up to 50 employees, reflecting the structure of the business environment. As of mid-2026, more than 17,000 jobs were available on eJobs.
