Imagini din satelit cu Dunărea secată. Fluviul atinge joi un nou minim istoric la intrarea în România: Ce arată prognoza pe august
The Danube River is expected to reach a historic low of 1,400 cubic meters per second at Romania's entry point. Despite this, forecasts indicate stabilization at this level, benefiting the Cernavodă nuclear power plant. Current water levels at Cernavodă are slightly better than previous estimates, allowing for an extension of safe operational conditions for the plant. However, the hydrological regime is expected to remain deficient throughout August, with some rivers experiencing significantly lower flows. Rainfall events may still occur, leading to rapid water rises in certain areas.
