Cristian Pistol, director of CNAIR, announced significant progress on the A7 highway section between Bacău and Pașcani, with 49 km expected to open this year. The construction involves 5,500 workers and over 500 machines, with asphalt laid on most of the 77 km stretch. Key junctions are being developed, and the overall physical progress exceeds 60%. The opening of the Mircești - Pașcani section depends on safety equipment tests. Recently, a new 47.1 km segment between Adjud and Bacău Sud was opened, extending the operational length of A7 to 241.62 km.
