After three years of renting an apartment in Florești, Cluj, tenants left the place in disarray, shocking the owner upon her return. Despite complaints from neighbors, the tenants had always paid rent on time and maintained polite communication. The owner, who lives abroad, had never checked the apartment during their stay. Upon discovering the damage, which included destroyed furniture and piles of trash, she initially feared something terrible had happened. The tenants eventually sent a cleaning service and paid some damages, but the total renovation cost reached 8,000 euros.
