Their previous meeting raised concerns as it occurred just before the Court resumed discussions on politically sensitive legislation. Tănăsescu stated the meeting was administrative, focusing on space needs for the Court, while Bolojan dismissed the parliamentary inquiry into their meeting as propaganda. Both emphasized the official nature of their meeting location.
