Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced the completion of Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), highlighting significant investments but also substantial losses. The program included €13.5 billion in grants and €7 billion in loans. Bolojan noted the opening of a nearly 50 km section of the Moldova Highway, a key project under PNRR. However, Romania lost €770 million due to an unmet milestone related to salary reform and faced additional losses linked to decarbonization delays. He emphasized that the implementation faced challenges from the start, but the country still benefits from substantial funding for various projects.
